摘要 可降解材料因其安全环保、绿色无污染的诸多优点,在食品接触材料领域的应用越来越广泛,但单一可降解材料仍存在不同的缺陷,需要通过共混改性等方式改善其缺陷。可降解食品接触材料及制品的生产加工过程中需要添加各种添加剂(增塑剂,催化剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂,无机填料、黏合剂、印刷油墨等),而可降解材料的原料,添加剂和生产、销售及使用过程中引入的非有意添加物等风险物质可能残留在可降解食品接触材料及制品中,或迁移至食品中影响人类健康。另外,风险物质可能在材料降解过程中释放出来进入自然环境,更有可能被动植物吸收,通过食物链进一步影响人类健康,且可降解材料也会生成可降解微塑料,造成一定程度的环境污染。本文归纳总结可降解食品接触材料及制品的分类、应用及性能优劣势,并从有意添加物(IAS)、非有意添加物(NIAS)及可降解微塑料方面对其进行风险分析及安全评估,为可降解食品接触材料及制品的绿色可持续发展提供借鉴。 Degradable materials have been widely used in the field of food contact materials because of their advantages of safety,environmental protection and non-pollution,However,the single degradable material still has different defects,it is necessary to improve its defects by blending modification.Various additives(plasticizers,catalysts,antioxidants,light stabilizers,inorganic fillers,adhesives,printing inks,etc.)are needed in the production and processing of degradable food contact materials and products,risk substances such as raw materials,additives and non-intentionally added substances introduced in the production,sale and use may remain in degradable food contact materials and products,or migrate into food to affect human health,in addition,it may be released into the natural environment during the process of degradation,and the degradable materials may also form degradable microplastics,causing a certain degree of environmental pollution,more likely to be absorbed by plants and animals through the food chain to further affect human health.To summarize the classification,application,advantages and disadvantages of degradable food contact materials and products,risk analysis and safety assessment of degradable food contact materials and products from intentionally added substances(IAS),non-intentionally added substances(NIAS)and degradable microplastics,it provides reference for the sustainable development of degradable Food Contact Materials and products.
