石灰拜耳法铝土矿的溶出工艺研究

摘要 以一水硬铝石型铝土矿为原料进行石灰拜耳法溶出工艺研究,考察石灰用量、溶出温度、苛性碱浓度、溶出时间、矿浆搅拌强度及液固比对氧化铝溶出率的影响。试验结果表明:在石灰用量为6.5%、溶出温度为280℃、苛性碱浓度为240 g/l、溶出时间为55 min、矿浆搅拌速度为70 r/min及液固比为6:1的最佳溶出条件下,氧化铝溶出率达到87.21%,该试验研究可为石灰拜耳法生产氧化铝的溶出工艺过程提供合理的技术参数。 The lime Bayer digestion process of diaspore type bauxite was studied to investigate the effects of lime dosage,dissolution temperature,caustic concentration,dissolution time,stirring strength and liquid-solid ratio on the dissolution rate of aluminum oxide.The experimental results show that under the optimal dissolution conditions of lime dosage of 6.5%,dissolution temperature of 280℃,caustic soda concentration of 240 g/L,dissolution time of 55 min,and slurry stirring speed of 70 r/min,the alumina dissolution rate reaches a maximum of 87.21%.This experimental study can provide reasonable technical parameters for the Bayer process for producing alumina dissolution process.
