摘要
“中国制造2025”是我国政府于2015年发布的一项国家战略,旨在将中国从一个制造业大国转变为制造业强国。该战略的核心目标是通过技术创新、产业升级和可持续发展,提高中国制造业的全球竞争力。其中开发一批精密、高速、高效、柔性数控机床与基础制造装备及集成制造系统,加快高档数控机床、增材制造等前沿技术和装备的研发。以提升可靠性、精度保持性为重点,开发高档数控系统、伺服电机、轴承、光栅等主要功能部件及关键应用软件,加快实现产业化。电火花加工技术由于其非接触式加工而区别与传统加工,分析和阐述了电火花加工技术的特点、发展,以及在航空航天、模具、汽车、医疗等行业中的应用。
“Made in China 2025”is a national strategy released by the Chinese government in 2015 to transform China from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing powerhouse.The core goal of the strategy is to improve the global competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry through technological innovation,industrial upgrading and sustainable development.Among them,the development of a number of precision,high-speed,efficient,flexible CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment and integrated manufacturing systems,and accelerate the research and development of cutting-edge technologies and equipment such as high-end CNC machine tools and additive manufacturing.With the focus on improving reliability and accuracy retention,we develop major functional components and key application software such as high-end numerical control systems,servo motors,bearings,and gratings to accelerate industrialization.Edm technology is different from traditional machining because of its non-contact machining.The characteristics and development of EDM technology and its application in aerospace,mold,automobile,medical and other industries are analyzed and expounded.
