西北地区法治建设的实践进展与推进路径

Practice Progress and Advancing Path of Rule of Law Construction in Northwest China

近年来,西北地区全面推进立法、执法、司法和守法各项工作,建立了彰显地方特色的法规体系,严格规范文明执法质效不断提高,司法保障社会公平正义的作用进一步彰显,法治社会建设日益深化,法治文化浸润人心,群众守法自觉性和法治信仰不断增强,为区域高质量发展提供了有力保障。但相比经济社会发展对法治的现实需求,西北地区法治建设还存在一些短板和问题,需要从立法、执法和法治意识等方面共同发力,切实提高法治建设水平。

In recent years,the Northwest has comprehensively promoted the work of legislation,law enforcement,judicial and law-abiding,established a legal system highlighting local characteristics,and continuously improved the quality and effectiveness of strictly standardized and civilized law enforcement.The role of the judiciary in ensuring social fairness and justice has been further demonstrated.The construction of a society under the rule of law has been deepened,the rule of law culture has infiltrated the people’s minds,and the people's consciousness of law-abiding and belief in the rule of law have been strengthened.It provides a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of the region.However,compared with the actual demand for the rule of law in economic and social development,there are still some shortcomings and problems in the construction of the rule of law in Northwest China.It is necessary to make joint efforts from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement and rule of law awareness to effectively improve the level of rule of law construction.
