西藏高校实验室建设与安全管理现状及其对策研究——以西藏大学为例

The Current Situation and Countermeasures in the Management of Laboratory Construction and Safety at Local Universities--Tibet University as an example

文章以西藏大学各类实验室建设及其安全管理现状为例,对目前西藏高校实验室建设现状和存在的问题进行了梳理和分析。参照教育部《关于加强高校实验室安全工作的意见》(教技函[2019]36号)和《高等学校实验室安全检查项目表》的有关要求,提出了西藏高校实验室应在科学谋划顶层设计、健全相关规章制度、强化队伍建设、注重安全管理、提升信息化和智能化水平等方面的对策建议。

The existing issues in the management of laboratory construction and safety were analyzed through a comprehensive investigation of various laboratories at Tibet University.To address these concerns,several countermeasures were proposed for laboratory construction and management.These proposals align with the requirements outlined in the Opinions on Strengthening Laboratory Safety in Universities(Jiaojihan[2019]No.36)issued by the Ministry of Education,as well as the Checklist for Laboratory Safety Inspection in Higher Education Institutions.The current study offers recommendations for improving laboratory construction,development,and safety management.Additionally,it suggests ways to enhance the system and mechanism for laboratory safety management in Tibetan colleges and universities.
