基于粒子群优化算法的凯威特型网壳优化设计

摘要 为了减少空间网壳结构的用钢量,以唐山勒泰凯威特型单层球面网壳为研究对象,利用粒子群优化算法,以网壳杆件截面尺寸为主要的设计变量,在满足强度、刚度和稳定性的条件下,借助Python编程语言,通过Grasshopper调用商业有限元软件SAP2000对该结构进行优化设计。结果表明:该单层球面网壳的用钢量显著减少,由原来的94.8 t减少到69.1 t,表明钢材的力学性能得到了充分发挥,验证了粒子群优化算法对网壳结构优化设计方案的适用性。研究结果可为进一步开展空间网壳结构优化设计与分析提供一定的理论参考。 Single-layer spherical reticulated shell of Tangshan Letai Kewitt type is taken as research object to explore how to reduce the amount of steel comsumption of space latticed structure by using Particle swarm optimization(PSO).Taking the section size of reticulated shell member as the main design variable,the structure is optimized and designed using Python and commercial finite element software SAP2000 called by Grasshopper under the condition of satisfying the strength,stiffness and stability.The results show that the steel consumption of single-layer spherical reticulated shell is significantly reduced from 94.8 t to 69.1 t,which indicates that the mechanical properties of steel are fully utilized.Besides,it verifies the rationality of PSO for the optimal design scheme of reticulated shell structure.The results can provide a certain theoretical reference for further optimization design and analysis of spatial reticulated shell structures.
