摘要
采用三种不同的方法制备海螵蛸负载二氧化锰催化剂,研究了催化剂对苋菜红、次甲基蓝和酸性湖蓝A三种染料的催化超声降解性能,并从催化剂中MnO_(2)负载量及染料的化学结构两方面分析了降解性能的差异,探讨超声降解的机理,同时研究了三种染料超声降解过程的动力学分析。结果表明,用高锰酸钾氧化法制备的催化剂催化超声降解能力最强,苋菜红及次甲基蓝染料降解过程满足准一级方程,酸性湖蓝A染料降解过程满足准二级方程。用扫描电镜(SEM)、Mapping图、能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDX)及X射线衍射(XRD)对海螵蛸负载二氧化锰催化剂进行表征分析。
Three different methods were used for the preparation of cuttlebone supported manganese dioxide catalysts.The catalytic ultrasonic degradation performance of the catalysts for amaranth,methylene blue and acid lake blue A were studied.The differences of the degradation performance were analyzed from the MnO_(2) loading capacity in the catalyst and the chemical structure of the dyes.The mechanism of ultrasonic degradation was discussed,and the kinetics of ultrasonic degradation of three dyes was also studied.The results showed that the catalysts prepared by potassium permanganate oxidation method had the strongest catalytic ultrasonic degradation ability.The degradation process of amaranth and methylene blue followed the pseudo first-order equation,and the degradation process of acid lake blue A followed the pseudo second-order equation.The cuttlebone supported manganese dioxide catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),mapping diagram,energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDX),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).
