碧护对小麦异丙隆低温药害的缓解作用

摘要 用异丙隆6000 g/hm^(2)喷施9个对异丙隆耐药性不同的小麦品种,确定其低温药害程度。用3000 g/hm^(2)和6000 g/hm^(2)异丙隆处理对异丙隆低温药害最重的品种‘镇麦15’,并于处理前后1 d喷施碧护5000-10000倍液,测定低温条件下‘镇麦15’的生理指标。结果表明:异丙隆高度敏感小麦品种较耐药性小麦品种在低温胁迫下更容易出现低温药害。在低温胁迫下,异丙隆显著降低小麦地上生物量,并显著影响光合作用、细胞膜系统以及抗氧化系统。在异丙隆处理前后喷施碧护5000-7500倍液显著提高小麦地上生物量、最大光化学效率Fv/Fm、脯氨酸含量,显著降低相对电导率和丙二醛含量。综上,碧护在低温胁迫下能有效缓解小麦异丙隆低温药害。 Nine wheat varieties with different tolerance to isoproturon were sprayed with doses of 6000 g/hm^(2) of isoproturon to determine the degree of low-temperature damage.‘Zhenmai 15’that showed the most severe lowtemperature damage to isoproturon were treated with doses of 3000 g/hm^(2) and 6000 g/hm^(2) of isoproturon and sprayed with 5000-10000 times of VitaCat®1 d before and after the treatment,and the physiological indexes of‘Zhenmai 15’were determined at low-temperature.The results showed that the highly sensitive wheat varieties of isopropanon were more susceptible to low-temperature injury than the resistant wheat varieties under low temperature stress.Under low temperature stress,isoproturon significantly decreased aboveground biomass of wheat,and significantly affected photosynthesis,cell membrane system and antioxidant system of wheat.Aboveground biomass,maximum photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm,proline content of wheat were significantly increased and relative conductivity,malondialdehyde content of wheat were significantly reduced by spraying 5000-7500 times of VitaCat®before and after isoproturon treatment at low temperature.In conclusion,VitaCat®effectively alleviated the low temperature damage of isoproturon on wheat under low temperature stress.
