摘要
巨噬细胞极化参与非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)相关炎症与纤维化形成。由于肝脏微环境糖、脂质、氨基酸代谢等能量代谢差异,NAFLD不同时期巨噬细胞极化偏倚不尽相同,分泌细胞因子并促进NAFLD进展。该文介绍肝脏巨噬细胞极化在NAFLD进展期的特点,并从糖、脂类、氨基酸代谢综述巨噬细胞极化参与肝脏疾病发生的机制,以期为靶向巨噬细胞能量代谢治疗NAFLD的策略提供依据。
Macrophage polarization triggers non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)-related inflammation and fibrosis.Due to differences of energy metabolism including glucose,lipid and amino acid metabolism occur in hepatic microenvironment,macrophage polarization is changed during each period of NAFLD,thereby secreting cytokines for promoting NAFLD progression.The review introduces characteristics of hepatic macrophage polarization in each stage of NAFLD,and summarizes mechanism of macrophage polarization-induced NAFLD involved in glucose,lipid metabolism and amino acid metabolism,which provides a basis of treating NAFLD by targeting macrophage energy metabolism.
