Analysis and Reference to Japanese Urban Expressway Design Under the Comprehensive Transportation Network

与我国城市快速路与高速公路的区别相比,日本城市快速路与高速公路的区别更加鲜明:采用适应城市环境的设计指标,以高度换取空间,兼顾了城市功能和交通需求之间的矛盾。通过对中日两国城市快速路现状的比较,重点分析了两者在设计规范方面的不同之处,揭示了设计规范在规划设计中的重要作用以及具体差别,探寻了在规划设计方面趋利避害的方法。通过借鉴日本城市快速路的设计思路与规范,对指引我国城市快速路的建设具有重要意义。

Compared with the differences between urban expressways and highways in China,the differences are more distinct in Japan:That design indicators suitable for urban environment are adopted and height is exchanged for space balance the contradiction between urban functions and transportation needs.Through the comparison of the current situation of urban expressways in China and Japan,this paper focused on the differences between the two countries in the design specifications.The important role of design specifications in planning and design is revealed,as well as the specific differences.The methods for seeking benefits and avoiding disadvantages are explored in planning and design.That use for reference to the design ideas and specifications of Japanese urban expressways is great significant for the construction in China.
