数字经济背景下产业智能化促进了区域绿色转型吗?——基于环境规制视角

Does Industrial Intelligence Promote Regional Green Transformation under the Background of Digital Economy?:From the Environmental Regulation Perspective

在数字经济快速扩张和“双碳”目标背景下,基于中国区域省级面板数据,系统探究中国各区域产业智能化水平及其异质性结构,并将环境规制异质门槛纳入产业智能化驱动区域绿色转型的影响机理框架,探讨不同地区环境规制异质门槛下产业智能化对区域绿色转型的非线性影响机制。研究发现:当前中国区域产业智能化水平整体上仍然存在较大发展空间,区域异质性显著。产业智能化对区域绿色转型作用呈现出显著的环境规制异质门槛效应:较低强度的环境规制水平显著抑制了产业智能化对区域绿色转型的驱动作用,而随着环境规制强度增大并超过门槛值时,在一定程度上有效激发了产业智能化的驱动效应,进而显著推动区域绿色转型。研究为探索区域数字化转型和“双碳”目标的实现路径提供有效参考。

Under the background of the rapid expansion of the digital economy and the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,this paper systematically explores the level of industrial intelligence and its heterogeneous structure in various regions of China based on the provincial panel data of China,and incorporates the heterogeneous threshold of environmental regulation into the influencing mechanism framework of regional green transformation driven by industrial intelligence,and discusses the nonlinear influencing mechanism of industrial intelligence on regional green transformation under the heterogeneous threshold of environmental regulation in different regions.The study found that there is still a large development space for the current level of regional industrial intelligence in China,and the regional heterogeneity is significant.The effect of industrial intelligence on regional green transformation shows a significant heterogeneous threshold effect of environmental regulation.The lower intensity of environmental regulation significantly inhibits the driving effect of industrial intelligence on regional green transformation.When the intensity of environmental regulation increases and exceeds the threshold value,it effectively stimulates the driving effect of industrial intelligence to a certain extent,and then significantly promotes regional green transformation.This study provides an effective reference for exploring the path of regional digital transformation and realization of dual carbon goals.
