酒糟细渣制备双掺杂多孔碳及其电化学性能研究

摘要 以废弃酒糟细渣为原料、KOH为活化剂制备具有优异电化学性能的蜂窝状结构的O、N双掺杂多孔碳。研究结果表明,当酒糟细渣与KOH的质量比为1∶3,热解温度为700℃时,制备的电极材料VPH-3-700性能最佳。电化学测试表明,VPH-3-700在0.2 A/g的电流密度下电化学比电容可达343.68 F/g,具有应用于高性能超级电容器的潜力。较高的比电容主要得益于样品的高比表面积(2396 m^(2)/g)以及具有电化学活性的杂原子官能团带来的赝电容。该研究内容为废弃酒糟的资源化利用提供新的思路。 O,N double-doped porous carbon with honeycomb structure and superior electrochemical property has been prepared by using vinasse as raw material and KOH as the activator.The results showed that the optimal electrode material was VPH-3-700,which was prepared under the mass ratio of vinasse to KOH of 1:3 at the pyrolysis temperature of 700℃.Electrochemical tests showed that the electrochemical capacitance of VPH-3-700 reached 343.68 F/g at 0.2 A/g,which was of potential for application in high-performance supercapacitors.The superior capacitance performance was mainly attributed to the high specific surface area(2396 m^(2)/g)of the VPH-3-700 and the pseudocapacitance generated by the electrochemically active heteroatomic functional groups.This study provides a new technological idea for the recycling and energy utilization of vinasse.
