新能源公交车新风系统节能技术

Energy-Saving Technology of Fresh Air System for New Energy Buses

摘要 在呼吸道疾病高发季节,新能源公交车采用开窗方式来保证车厢内部的通风和环境卫生安全,导致新风负荷增加,进而大幅提升空调系统运行功耗。利用新风回收排风热量以满足新风负荷,是空调系统的有效节能措施。首先对新能源公交车目前的供新风方式进行分析,总结出新能源公交车供新风方式上的不足;其次对带能量回收器的双向供新风方式进行优化,依托三维变形管能量回收器设计出新能源公交车新风系统;最后对该系统进行模拟分析,发现在运行工况下,该系统温度交换效率可达到0.6~0.7,对比采用开窗外循环方式进行通风的系统,该系统预计可降低新能源公交车夏季空调制冷期间能耗的20%~30%。 During the season of high incidence of respiratory diseases,new energy buses used window opening to ensure the ventilation and environmental health safety in the compartment,resulting in an increase in fresh air load,which significantly increased the operating power consumption of air conditioning systems.The use of fresh air to recover exhaust heat to meet the fresh air load is an effective energy-saving measure for air conditioning systems.Firstly,this study analyzed the current fresh air supply mode of new energy buses,and summarized the shortcomings of the current fresh air supply mode of new energy buses.Secondly,the two-way fresh air supply mode with heat recovery device was optimized,and the fresh air system of new energy buses was designed based on the three-dimensional deformed tube heat recovery device.Finally,the system was simulated and analyzed,and the temperature efficiency of the system could reach 0.6-0.7 under operating conditions.Compared with the ventilation mode of window opening,this system was expected to reduce the energy consumption of new energy buses during the summer air conditioning cooling period by 20%to 30%.
