高职院校托育服务与管理专业人才培养的理念与实践探索

On the Ideas and Practice Exploration of Cultivating Talents Majoring in Nursery Services and Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

托育事业发展的关键在于托育服务与管理专业人才的培养,也直接关系到我国“幼有所育”民生工程。为推动该专业科学规范发展,托育服务与管理专业人才培养应坚持以德为先、德技双修的理念,坚持学科融合树立专业集群化建设的理念,坚持树立专业规范化建设的理念,坚持实践导向理论学习与实践操作共同发展的理念。在实践探索方面,高职院校应以就业为导向推动人才培养目标的精准定位,规范人才培养标准;建构“医教养”结合的专业课程体系,提高课程设置与岗位的适切性;加强师资队伍建设,跨行业联合并强化岗课赛证融通,提高人才培养质量。

The key to the development of nursery lies in the cultivation of professional talents in nursery services and management,which is also directly related to the people's livelihood project of"Ensuring Access to Childcare"in China.In order to promote the scientific and standardized development of the specialty,the cultivation of the talents in nursery services and management should adhere to the concept of morality first and moral-technical education,of estab⁃lishing the professional clusters via discipline integration,of fostering normal construction of professions,of co-devel⁃opment of practice-oriented theory study and practical operation.There are many explorations in practice put forward in the paper.Firstly,higher vocational colleges should regulate the talent training standard by identifying the accurate ori⁃entation of talent training goals centered on employment.Secondly,they should improve the suitability between the cur⁃riculum setting and the position by constructing the specialized curriculum system of the combination of“medical care-education-health maintenance”.Thirdly,they should improve the quality of personnel training by strengthening the construction of teaching staff through industrial alliance and enhancing the integration of position-course-competitionqualification certificates.
