固定污染源烟气中可凝结颗粒物监测技术现状及展望

摘要 随着国家对大气环境治理的推进,可凝结颗粒物(CPM)成为工业烟气防治的关键污染物。CPM在烟道高温环境中为气态物质,排入大气环境后快速凝结成颗粒态物质,对其进行准确测量是国内外的前沿技术挑战之一。通过研究分析CPM在烟气和烟羽中演化特征与监测技术现状,阐明CPM的概念、形成机制与排放特征,阐释已有的工业烟气CPM采集与分析方法及其存在的问题,并进一步对超低排放烟气中CPM的在线监测和质控技术提出展望。 With the advancement of national atmospheric environment control,condensable particulate matter(CPM)has become the key pollutant of industrial flue gas control.However,the accurate monitoring of CPM is a cutting-edge technical challenge worldwide,since CPM exists as gaseous state in high-temperature flue gas and converts into particulate state after released into the ambient air.This study reviews the current scientific knowledge of CPM monitoring technologies to elucidate the scientific concept,formation mechanism,and emission characteristics of CPM in flue gases and smoke plumes.The existing methods for collecting and analyzing CPM in industrial flue gases are also reviewed,as well as their problems.Furthermore,we propose perspectives for the development of CPM online monitoring and quality control technologies for industrial ultra-low emission flue gases.
