基于生态学视角研究高校科研团队内部知识演化历程,明晰高校科研团队知识创造需求,优化其内部管理模式,为高校科研团队的知识创新成果提供参考。通过分析高校科研团队知识生态系统的基本内涵和特征,明确其要素构成,在DICE模型的基础上建立高校科研团队知识生态系统模型,研究其内在机制。研究指出,高校科研团队知识生态系统内在机制包括动力机制、知识共享机制、共生机制和保障机制,通过彼此的相互协同维持知识生态系统的动态化演进。

It is to investigate the course of knowledge evolution within university research teams from an ecological standpoint,clarify the knowledge creation needs of university research teams,optimize their internal management mode,and provide a reference for university research teams knowledge innovation achievements.By analyzing the basic connotation and characteristics of the knowledge ecosystem of university research teams,clarifying its elemental composition,and establishing a model of the knowledge ecosystem of university research teams are based on the DICE model and studying its inner mechanism.The study points out that the mechanisms inherent in the knowledge ecosystem of university research teams include dynamic mechanisms,knowledge sharing mechanisms,symbiotic mechanisms,and safeguard mechanisms,all of which contribute to the knowledge ecosystem's dynamic evolution through mutual synergy.
