摘要
新文科背景下,大学英语教学提升学生通识素质既是新时代社会发展的必然要求,也是促进学生全面发展的迫切要求,更是推进英语教学改革的实践要求。但部分高校还存在忽视大学英语通识教育、教学内容浅表化、部分教师通识教育认知偏差、教师通识教育能力尚需提升的问题。对此,高校必须转变理念,深刻认识通识教育重要性;完善内容,深化英语通识素养教育;引导教师正确把握大学英语通识教育;加强师资建设,提升教师通识教育能力。
In the context of the new liberal arts,improving students' general literacy in college English teaching is not only an inevitable requirement for the development of the society in the new era,but also an urgent requirement for promoting students' comprehensive development,and also a practical requirement for promoting English teaching reform.However,currently some universities still face problems such as neglecting college English general education,superficial teaching content,cognitive biases among some teachers in general education,and the need to improve teachers' general education abilities.In this regard,universities must transform their concepts and deeply understand the importance of general education,improve content and deepen English general literacy education,guide teachers to correctly grasp college English general education and strengthen the construction of teachers and enhance their ability in general education.
