构建现代学徒制促进船舶制造产业振兴新突破

The Construction of Modern Apprenticeship System to Promote the Revitalization and New Breakthrough of Shipbuilding Industry

目前,高职船舶工程技术专业群技术技能型人才培养存在船舶制造技术技能型人才培养粗放、现代学徒制流于形式、优秀学生参与的积极性不够、现代学徒制的组织机构不健全等问题。为解决这些问题:要以“双高建设”为引领,采用现代学徒制;通过产教融合、校企合作,共建满足现代学徒制构建需要的实训基地;校企深度合作,实施双主体育人。

At present,there are some problems in the training of technical talents of ship engineering and technical group in higher vocational colleges,including the extensive training of technical and skilled talents of ship manufacturing,the mere formality of modern apprenticeship,the lack of participation enthusiasm of outstanding students and the imperfect organization of modern apprenticeship.In order to solve these problems,we should adopt modern apprenticeship system with"double high construction"as the guide;build a training base to meet the needs of modern apprenticeship construction through the integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises;implement dual-subject education relying on in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.
