新时代高职院校学生劳动价值观培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Labor Values among Higher Vocational Students in the New Era

弘扬劳动精神是培养时代新人的内在要求,是实现社会主义核心价值观的必要途径,是更高水平人才培养的思想保障。对于新时代劳动精神,我们要深刻理解劳动的本质,正确认识劳动者的价值,弘扬劳模精神与工匠精神。根据目前高职院校学生劳动价值观培养现状,我们需要加强劳动价值观教育,完善高职院校学生劳动教育课程体系,开展日常劳动实践和校内外公益服务性劳动,加强高职院校各部门合作开展劳动教育,加强高职学生劳动教育校园文化建设等。

Carrying forward the spirit of labor is the intrinsic requirement of cultivating new talents of the times,the necessary way to realize the core values of Chinese socialism,and the ideological guarantee of higher level talent training.To grasp the spirit of labor in the new era,we need to understand the essence of labor deeply,to appreciate the value of workers correctly,and to promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen.In light of the current situation of cultivating labor values among higher vocational college students,we need to strengthen labor value education,to perfect the curriculum system of labor education,to carry out daily labor practical activities and social services both on and off campus,to strengthen labor education by the cooperation of departments of higher vocational colleges,and to improve the construction of campus culture for labor education.
