望江县幸福河南站工程停泵水锤模拟试验研究

摘要 望江县幸福河南站工程为Ⅱ等大(2)型泵站枢纽工程,设计流量96.9 m^(3)/s,共选用6台2200HLB立式混流泵。泵站的停泵水锤与工程安全稳定可靠、泵站运行管理密切相关。通过水锤模拟试验,研究拍门关闭时间与拍门内外压差的关系,提出建议的拍门关闭时间;对设计拟采用的通气孔水锤防护装置提供试验依据,对其防护效果进行论证并提出合理化建议。 Xingfu River Southern Station Project of Wangjiang County is a type II(2)pump station hub project.The designed flow rate is 96.9 m^(3)/s,and six 2200HLB vertical mixed-flow pumps are selected.The water hammer of the pumping station is closely related to the safety,stability and reliability of the project and the operation and management of the pumping station.Through water hammer simulation test,the relationship between the closing time of the flap valve and the pressure difference inside and outside the flap valve were studied,and the suggested closing time of the flap valve was put forward.The experimental basis for the protection device of water hammer with vent was provided.Its protective effect was demonstrated and reasonable suggestions were put forward.
