薄皮甜瓜设施栽培单蔓整枝模式关键参数的优化

摘要 薄皮甜瓜栽培管理过程中,整枝环节对其产量、品质和劳动消耗量有直接影响。目前通过优化整枝方式促进设施薄皮甜瓜品质提高及产量增长的研究报道较少,尚未建立标准化的设施栽培整枝模式,吊蔓栽培整枝模式的参数优化或将为设施薄皮甜瓜的栽培管理标准化提供参考。试验以薄皮甜瓜常规栽培品种'绿宝'为试材,单蔓整枝,整株留叶数(A)、子蔓留叶数(B)、单株留瓜数(C)和留瓜节位(D)为参数,进行四因素四水平的正交设计,并检测了不同处理组合的果实产量、品质相关指标。结果表明,当整株留叶15片、子蔓留叶3片、单株留瓜3个、10-15节位留瓜时,果肉厚度为2.69cm,横径和纵径分别为9.1cm与11.1cm,可溶性固形物高达14.1%,维生素C含量为15.74μg·g-1,即组合A2B4C3D2所得的单株产量和亩产量较高,品质较好,含糖量较高,栽培管理更高效。 In the cultivation and management of thin-skinned melon,pruning has a direct impact on yield,quality and labor consumption.At present,there are few reports to promote the quality improvement and yield growth of thin-skinned melon by optimizing grafting,and the standardized facility cultivation pruning mode has not been established,and the parameter optimization of hanging vine cultivation pruning mode may provide reference for the standardization of cultivation management of facility thin-skinned melon.Test with thin skin melon cultivars'Green Treasure'as test materials,single cross training,leave the whole plant leaf number(A),son tendril leave leaf number(B),leave the melon number per(C)and melon section(D)as A parameter,the orthogonal design of four factors,four levels,and tested the different treatment combinations of fruit yield and quality related indicators.The results show that when the whole plant leaves 3 leaves and 10-15 segments,the pulp thickness is 2.69cm,the transverse diameter and the longitudinal diameter are 9.1cm and 11.1cm,respectively,the soluble solid is as high as 14.1%,the vitamin C content is 15.74μg·g-1,namely the combined A2B4C3D2single plant yield and mu yield,good quality,high sugar content,and the cultivation management is more efficient.
