摘要
草莓对低温较为敏感,低温会抑制光合作用。叶绿素荧光成像技术可以评价植物对低温的响应。选取粉玉2号、越秀和天使8号3个草莓品种进行低温处理,利用叶绿素荧光成像系统比较了低温胁迫下这3个品种的荧光参数Fv/Fm、YII、NPQ和qP的变化。结果显示,低温处理对不同品种草莓的影响差异较大。其中粉玉2号受损最严重,越秀次之,天使8号受损最小。综合分析,天使8号对低温的抵抗力最强。
Strawberry is sensitive to low temperatures,which inhibit photosynthesis.Chlorophyll fluorescence imaging technology can evaluate the response of plants to low temperature.Three strawberry varieties,Fenyu,Yuexiu and Tianshi,were selected for low temperature treatment,and the changes of fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,YII,NPQ and qP in these three varieties under low temperature stress were compared using chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system.The results showed that the effects of low-temperature treatment on different strawberry varieties varied greatly.Among them,Fenyu was the most seriously damaged,Yuexiu was the second,and Tianshi was the least damaged.In the comprehensive analysis,Tianshi had the strongest resistance to low temperature.
