科技赋能下普惠金融测度及影响因素研究

Research on the Measurement of Technology-enabled Inclusive Finance and Its Influencing Factors

研究采用变异系数法与对数型功效函数选取指标,构建了一个包含普遍包容性、科技赋能性、金融扶持度三个维度的科技赋能下普惠金融指标体系,对我国2011-2020年31个省(市)的普惠金融发展水平进行了测度;进一步从经济结构、社会环境、信息科技三个层面提出影响科技赋能下金融普惠性的研究假设,采用固定效应模型对科技赋能下普惠金融发展的影响因素进行实证分析,并构建GMM动态面板模型进行稳健性检验。研究结果表明:近十年来我国科技赋能下普惠金融水平整体不断发展,但存在较大区域差异;社会环境层面的政府政策扶持能最大程度促进科技赋能下普惠金融水平提升,经济结构发展水平整体起到了较大的积极作用,信息科技因素正向影响有限,体现当下数字普惠金融正处于尚未成熟的发展初期。论述基于此提出了促进科技赋能下普惠金融发展的针对性建议。

This paper uses the coefficient of variation method and logarithmic power function to select indicators,and constructs an indicator system of inclusive finance under technology empowerment that includes three dimensions:universal inclusiveness,technology empowerment,and financial support.It measures the development level of inclusive finance in 31 provinces(cities)in China from 2011 to 2020;furthermore,from the three levels of economic structure,social environment,and information technology,this paper proposes research hypotheses that affect inclusive finance under technology empowerment,uses the fixed effect model to empirically analyze the factors that affect the development of inclusive finance under technology empowerment,and constructs a GMM dynamic panel model for robustness test.The results show that China’s inclusive finance has been developing continuously in the past decade,but there are significant differences in different regions;the government policy support at the social environment level can maximize the improvement of inclusive finance under the technology empowerment,overall,the level of economic structure development has played a greater positive role,and the positive impact of information technology is limited,reflecting that the current digital inclusive finance is in the early stage of immature development.Based on this,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions to promote the development of inclusive finance under the technology empowerment.
