Research on the Financing Path of Heilongjiang Province’s Trade with Russia Based on Blockchain Technology

“一带一路”倡议下,黑龙江省对俄金融合作不断发展。由于贸易双方对融资的巨大需求及中俄两国金融环境的差异,黑龙江省对俄贸易融资方面仍存在亟待解决的问题。区块链技术在金融领域的运用日趋广泛,有助于解决黑龙江省对俄贸易融资业务存在的问题。因此,研究基于区块链技术探索了黑龙江省对俄贸易融资的路径,分析了嵌入区块链技术的优势与局限性,提出了优化黑龙江省对俄贸易融资路径的具体对策与建议。

Under the“the Belt and Road Initiative”,Heilongjiang Province’s financial cooperation with Russia continues to develop.Due to the huge demand for financing from both sides and the differences in the financial environment between China and Russia,there are still some problems that need to be addressed urgently in the financing aspect of Heilongjiang Province’s trade with Russia.The application of blockchain technology in the financial field is becoming increasingly widespread,which helps to solve the financing problems of Heilongjiang Province’s trade with Russia.Therefore,the study explores the financing path of Heilongjiang Province’s trade with Russia based on blockchain technology,analyzes the advantages and limitations of embedded blockchain technology,and proposes specific strategies and suggestions for optimizing the financing path of Heilongjiang Province’s trade with Russia.
