语言是跨文化交流的基础,国际中文教育是传播中华文明、提升中国国际形象、服务我国国家战略和全球文明交流需求的重要依托。当前国际中文教育事业发展中,留学人员作为讲好中国故事、传播中国精神、开展民间外交的生力军,其作用还有待进一步挖掘。有必要积极引导我国留学人员更主动地参与海外的国际中文教学,并在此过程中以更接地气的方式讲好中国故事,以润物无声的方式提升中国文化软实力,增强中华文明的传播力和影响力。

Language serves as the cornerstone of cross-cultural communication.International Chinese language education stands as a crucial avenue for disseminating Chinese culture,elevating China's global presence,aligning with China's national strategies,and facilitating global civilization exchanges.In the current development of international Chinese language education,the role of Chinese overseas students has yet to be explored as a new force for telling China's stories well,spreading Chinese spirit,and carrying out People's Diplomacy.It is necessary to actively encourage Chinese overseas students to proactively engage in international Chinese language education abroad.Through this process,they can tell the Chinese story in a more relatable manner,thereby subtly enhancing China's cultural soft power and expanding the global influence and appeal of Chinese civilization.
