机体杆端轴承-密封单元动力学仿真平台开发

摘要 机体杆端轴承对飞机的安全飞行起着重要的作用,开展机体杆端轴承-密封单元的动力学特性研究,对提高轴承的工作性能和使用寿命,降低轴承的故障率,提升飞行安全系数具有重要作用。基于FORTRAN语言对ADAMS软件进行二次开发,建立机体杆端轴承-密封单元动力学仿真平台,开展机体杆端轴承摩擦力矩特性研究。研究表明:机体杆端轴承摩擦力矩随内圈沟曲率半径的增大而减小,外圈沟曲率半径和钢球直径对摩擦力矩影响不大。动力学仿真平台的开发可为机体杆端轴承-密封单元的设计和应用提供参考。 Airframe-rod-end bearing plays an important role in the safe flight of the aircraft.Study on the dynamic characteristics of airframe-rod-end bearing and sealing unit plays an important role in improving the working performance and service life of bearings,reducing the failure rate of bearings,and improving the safety factor of the aircraft.The second development of ADAMS was carried out based on FORTRAN.The dynamic simulation model of airframe-rod-end bearing and sealing unit was established,and the simulation study of the friction torque characteristics was carried out.The result showed that the friction torque decreased with the increase of the curvature radius of the inner ring groove,and the curvature radius of the outer ring groove and the diameter of the steel ball had little effect on the friction torque.The development of the dynamic simulation platform provided a reference for the design and application of airframe-rod-end bearing and sealing unit.
