New urbanization is the driving force and engine for achieving economic growth and social development,as well as a historical task and important content of high-quality development in China's modernization construction.At present,there are still many problems in the investment and financing field of new urbanization construction in China,such as a large funding gap,a single investment and financing entity and limited financing channels,difficulties in sustaining land finance,and prominent risks of government investment and financing platform companies.In order to broaden the investment and financing channels for the construction of new urbanization,improve the investment and financing system and mechanism,and better promote the connotation oriented and high-quality development of new urbanization,taking into account the current stage characteristics of economic development and the new characteristics of local governments and investment and financing platform companies,further improving the investment and financing environment,comprehensively strengthening financial innovation,transforming the traditional concept of land finance,and improving the efficiency of government financial fund utilization,guide and standardize the sustainable development of platform companies,and provide sufficient financial support for new urbanization.
