摘要
在数字经济背景下,大数据人力资源信息系统对企业转型和发展日益重要。本研究探讨数据技术匹配和价值感知对大数据人力资源信息系统使用意愿的影响机制。结果表明:(1)数据技术-工作匹配正向影响功能价值感知、情感价值感知及象征价值感知,数据技术-情境匹配正向影响功能价值感知和情感价值感知;(2)功能价值感知、情感价值感知及象征价值感知正向影响使用意愿;(3)功能价值感知、情感价值感知及象征价值感知在数据技术-工作匹配与使用意愿之间起中介作用,而功能价值感知、情感价值感知在数据技术-情境匹配与使用意愿之间起中介作用;(4)数据分析能力负向调节功能价值感知、情感价值感知、象征价值感知与使用意愿之间的关系,负向调节功能价值感知、情感价值感知、象征价值感知在数据技术-工作匹配与使用意愿之间的中介作用,同时负向调节功能价值感知、情感价值感知在数据技术-情境匹配与使用意愿之间的中介作用。在研究结果基础上,本研究给出相应的理论和实践启示。
In the context of digital economy,big data human resource information systems are increasingly important for enterprise transformation and development.This study investigates the impact mechanisms of data technology fit and value perception on use intention of big data human resource information systems.The results show that(1)data technology-task fit has a positive impact on functional,emotional and symbolic value perception,and data technology-environment fit has a positive impact on functional and emotional value perception;(2)functional,emotional and symbolic value perception positively affect use intention;(3)functional,emotional and symbolic value perception play mediating roles between data technology-task fit and use intention,while functional and emotional value perception play mediating roles between data technology-environment fit and use intention;(4)data analysis ability has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between functional,emotional,symbolic value perception and use intention,negatively moderates the mediation of functional,emotional and symbolic value between data technology-task fit and use intention,and also negatively moderates the mediation of functional and emotional value perception between data technology-environment fit and use intention.Based on the research results,this study proposes the theoretical and practical implications.
