职业教育集团化办学协同育人共同体的建构

摘要 集团化办学作为职业教育深化产教融合、推进校企合作的核心举措,是推动社会多方力量参与职业教育、培养适应社会经济发展和产业转型升级需求的育人载体。通过阐释职业教育集团化办学协同育人共同体的内涵价值,剖析集团化办学协同育人现状,围绕3种人才培养模式从顶层设计、主体赋能及实体运作3个维度创新职业教育集团化办学育人举措,构建职业教育集团化办学协同育人共同体。 As a core measure to deepen the integration of industry and education in vocational education and promote cooperation between schools and enterprises,group-based education is a carrier for promoting the participation of various social forces in vocational education,cultivating students to meet the needs of socioeconomic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.By explaining the connotation and value of the collaborative education community in vocational education group based education,analyzing the current situation of collaborative education in group based education,and innovating vocational education group based education measures from three dimensions of top-level design,subject empowerment,and physical operation around three talent cultivation models,we aim to construct a collaborative education community in vocational education group based education.
