新《职业教育法》之人文精神内涵对学生职业素养提升的启示 被引量:2

摘要 党的二十大报告首次将教育、科技、人才统筹规划、整体布局,为职业教育高质量发展提供了强大动力。新《职业教育法》体现尊重人、重视人、关心人、爱护人、发展人的“人文精神”内涵,重视人的自我价值实现,保障多样化人才发展通道,以高素质技术技能人才可持续发展助力社会主义现代化建设。将人文精神寓于职业教育,从人文主义理论体系辨析人文精神之于职业教育高质量发展的重要性;将人文素养融入职业教育,从职业教育内涵发展的特征辨析人文素养助力技术技能型社会建设的重要意义;将人文力量注入职业教育,从顶层设计到过程环节再到实施路径,探索以提升人文素养助力高素质技术技能人才培养,提供可复制的“人文素养—职业素养”培养模式,切实落实新《职业教育法》,为职业教育发展积蓄人文力量。 The Report to the Party's 20th National Congress for the first time put education,science and technology,and human resources into an overall plan,providing a strong impetus for the high-quality development of vocational education.The new Vocational Education Law embodies the connotation of the“humanistic spirit”of respecting,attaching importance to,caring for,loving and developing people,attaches importance to the realization of people's self-value,guarantees the development channel of diversified talents,and helps the socialist modernization construction with the sustainable development of high-quality technical and skilled talents.Humanistic spirit is embodied in vocational education,and the importance of humanistic spirit to the high-quality development of vocational education is analyzed from the theoretical system of humanism.Integrate humanistic quality into vocational education and analyze the significance of humanistic quality to help build a technology-oriented society from the characteristics of the connotation development of vocational education.Inject humanistic power into vocational education,from top-level design to process and then to implementation path,explore to improve humanistic quality to help the cultivation of high-quality technical and skill talents,provide a replicable“humanistic quality-professional quality”training model,effectively implement the new Vocational Education Law,and accumulate humanistic power for the development of vocational education.
