唐山科技金融人才培养的对策与建议

Countermeasures and Suggestions for Cultivating Technology and Finance Talents in Tangshan

随着中国经济的发展,科技产业的比重逐年增大,已成为拉动经济的新引擎。唐山地区金融业的资金投放也从过去的集中在钢铁、煤炭等传统产业,逐步转向高新技术产业。在此背景下,唐山亟须培养或招揽一批重创新、懂科技、能实践的复合型科技金融人才,才能顺利完成金融投放转向并促进本地实体经济的快速发展。针对目前唐山科技金融人才培养的现状,总结出高校在学科建设、教师队伍培养、社会实践三方面存在的不足,以及金融机构在思想观念、知识储备等方面存在的不足,在此基础上对科技金融人才培养模式及途径进行了思考,并提出若干改进建议,为打造一支优秀的科技金融人才队伍提供参考。

With the advancement of the Chinese economy,the proportion of the technology industry has been increasing year by year,becoming a new driving force for the economy.The capital investment in the financial industry in Tangshan area has gradually shifted from traditional industries such as steel and coal to more promising high-tech industries.In this context,Tangshan urgently needs to cultivate or attract a group of innovative,technology-savvy,and practical compound talents in science and technology finance in order to successfully complete the transformation of financial investment and promote the rapid development of the local real economy.This article analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of science and technology financial talents in Tangshan,and points out that universities lack in terms of discipline construction,faculty team,and social practice.Financial institutions also lack in terms of awareness and knowledge reserves.Based on this,the article reflects on the cultivation model and approaches of science and technology financial talents,and puts forward several improvement suggestions as a reference for building an excellent team of science and technology financial talents.
