摘要
产教融合机制下教师职能因受外部需求与内部专业发展双刺激而引发变革驱动。类比教师职能演化与原子运动,将量子跃迁理论引入教师职能变化过程,构建职能系统跃迁模型。分析职能跃迁的特点,将跃迁过程划分为五种状态,即激发态、低能稳定态、低能扰暂态、高能稳定态、高能扰暂态。建立职能跃迁的能量模型公式与概率模型公式,定量分析教师职能跃迁中可塑电子挣脱逻辑桎梏实现技能创造过程。跃迁成功与否由外界刺激产生的扰动动量大小决定。岗位能级越大,往高层次跃迁所需汲取的能量越大。通过揭示职能跃迁内涵及规律,探讨实现高效职能跃迁的路径及保障。
Under the integration mechanism of production and education,a reform of teachers'function is driven by both external demand and internal professional development.Through the analogy with the evolution of teacher function and atomic movement,the quantum transition theory is introduced into the process of teacher function change,and the transition model of functional system is constructed.The characteristics of functional transition are analyzed,and the transition process is divided into five states,namely excited state,low energy stable state,low energy disturbed transient,high energy stable state and high energy disturbed transient.The energy model formula and probability model formula of the functional transition are established to realize the quantitative analysis of the electrons which can be transformed to break the shackles of logic to achieve the process of skill creation in the transition of teachers'functions.The success of the transition is determined by the perturbation momentum generated by the external stimulus.The higher the energy level of the post is,the greater the energy absorbed by the transition to the higher level will be.By revealing the connotation and law of the functional transition,the path and guarantee of realizing efficient functional transition are disc ussed.
