塔河油田超深大位移井油基钻井液技术研究与应用

摘要 为减少因井下复杂而引起钻井周期延长,开展了油基钻井液技术研究与应用,明确“井壁稳定为基础、抑制地层垮塌为核心、非渗透井壁稳定为关键、精细操作为重点”的油基钻井液技术思路,通过优化升级现有油基钻井液体系,解决塔河油田大位移超深斜井及水平井井壁稳定和超深小井眼定向井降摩减阻问题,为钻井施工安全顺利创造良好的井筒条件。 In order to reduce the extension of drilling cycle caused by downhole complexity,the research and application of oil-based drilling fluid technology were carried out,and the technical idea of oil-based drilling fluid was defined,which was"based on wellbore stability,centered on preventing formation collapse,key to impermeable wellbore stability,and focused on fine operation".By optimizing and upgrading the existing oil-based drilling fluid system,To solve the problems of wall stability of extended reach ultra deep deviated wells and horizontal wells in Tahe Oilfield,and friction reduction and drag reduction of ultra deep slim hole directional wells,and create good wellbore conditions for safe and smooth drilling.
