As a non sustainable resource,oil has become increasingly important.With the pace of social development,the use of automated instruments is also increasing in the process of oilfield development.By utilizing instrument automation equipment and combining it with network equipment and information technology,we have truly achieved intelligent control and integrated management,which is also the production control goal that the oil field aims to achieve.Based on this,this article takes digital oilfield production as the starting point and elaborates on the important value of the selection and application of automation instruments.
