采用火焰原子发射法测定循环冷却水中钙离子的方法

摘要 针对国标推荐《工业循环冷却水中钙、镁离子的测定-EDTA滴定法》的测定循环水分析时间长、干扰因素多等问题,建立火焰原子发射法测定循环冷却水中钙离子的分析方法解决以上问题。样品经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤处理后,用带发射模式的原子吸收光谱仪进行检测,同时与国标推荐EDTA滴定法结果进行比较。结果表明,两个方法所测钙离子数据接近,火焰原子发射法可以满足循环冷却水中钙离子快速、准确检测的需求。本方法具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、重复性好、准确度高、测定下限低、可消除其他干扰因素、节约分析成本等优点。 In response to the problems of long analysis time and multiple interference factors in the determination of calcium and magnesium ions in industrial circulating cooling water recommended by the national standard"EDTA titration method",a flame atomic emission method was established to determine calcium ions in circulating cooling water to solve the above problems.Sample size 0.45μm After the filtration treatment with m microporous filter membrane,an atomic absorption spectrometer with emission mode was used for detection,and the results were compared with the EDTA titration method recommended by the national standard.The calcium ion data measured by the two methods were similar,and the flame atomic emission method can meet the needs of fast and accurate detection of calcium ions in circulating cooling water.This method has the advantages of high sensitivity,fast analysis speed,good repeatability,high accuracy,low detection limit,ability to eliminate other interference factors,and saving analysis costs.
