摘要
化工实训是化工专业学生掌握实践操作技能的重要手段。传统的化工实训存在设备损坏、安全隐患、环境污染等问题,因此需要一种新的实践操作方式。基于工业级仿真软件开发的化工实训系统具有安全、环保、经济等优势,日益受到人们的关注和重视。以工业级仿真软件为基础,开发了一款高效、安全、辅助化工专业学生掌握实践操作技能的化工实训系统,通过对其进行应用效果评估与分析,为化工专业学生提供更好的实践操作环境。
Chemical engineering practical training is an important means for chemical engineering students to master practical operation skills.Traditional chemical engineering training has problems such as equipment damage,safety hazards,and environmental pollution,therefore a new practical operation method is needed.The chemical engineering training system developed based on industrial grade simulation software has advantages such as safety,environmental protection,and economy,and is increasingly receiving attention and attention from people.This article aims to develop an efficient,safe,and auxiliary chemical engineering practical training system based on industrial grade simulation software to assist chemical engineering students in mastering practical operation skills,and evaluate and analyze its application effect,providing a better practical operation environment for chemical engineering students.
