Four common types of faults during the operation of fertilizer plants were discussed,including abnormal pressure changes,abnormal temperature changes,insufficient gas flow,and insufficient compressor power.Specific fault analysis and handling measures are provided for each type of fault,such as identifying the cause,replacing damaged components,cleaning the heat exchanger,and adjusting the cooling water flow rate.The importance of timely troubleshooting and troubleshooting was emphasized,and suggestions for daily maintenance and management were put forward to ensure the normal operation of the fertilizer plant and the improvement of production efficiency.
