缓/控释制剂是目前最为成熟稳定的第三代制剂,通过有效制作,能够推动制剂行业健康发展,在创造更多经济价值、拉动产业发展的同时,对于患者临床用药效果的改善与提升也产生深远影响,实现血药浓度的有效维持,避免出现“峰谷”现象,有效保持用药的安全性与有效性。主要分析缓/控释药特性,掌握技术进展情况,查阅了近几年国内外所发表的相关文献,并对这些文献进行归纳析,有利于推进药物疗效的研究,推动制药工业的发展。

Slow/controlled release formulations are currently the most mature and stable third-generation formulations.Through effective production,they can promote the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry,create more economic value,drive industry development,and have a profound impact on the improvement and enhancement of clinical medication effectiveness for patients.This can achieve effective maintenance of blood drug concentration,avoid"peak valley"phenomena,and effectively maintain the safety and effectiveness of medication.The focus of this study is to analyze the characteristics of slow/controlled release drugs,grasp the technological progress,review relevant literature published domestically and internationally in recent years,and summarize and analyze these literature,which is conducive to promoting the research of drug efficacy and promoting the development of the pharmaceutical industry.
