杂交玉米品种抗旱性生理指标的研究

Study on Physiological Indicators of Drought Resistance of Hybrid Maize Cultivars

干旱是影响农业生产的主要因素之一。对于玉米而言,抗旱性是其重要特性之一,也是影响其生长发育的关键性要素,直接关系到玉米的产量和品质。造成杂交玉米干旱的外界因素很多,玉米的抗旱性是多种生理生化指标的产物。因此,判断杂交玉米的抗旱性应避免采用单一的生理生化指标,评价杂交玉米的耐旱性需要综合深入分析多个指标数值。通过对杂交玉米的干旱胁迫敏感度不同品种开展抗旱生理指标筛选,分析了玉米抗旱性鉴定指标和生化指标,为杂交玉米品种抗旱性生理指标研究提供依据。

Drought is one of the main factors affecting agricultural production.For corn,drought resistance is one of its important characteristics and a key factor affecting its growth and development,directly related to the yield and quality of corn.There are many external factors that cause drought in hybrid maize,and the drought resistance of maize is a product of various physiological and biochemical indicators.Therefore,to determine the drought resistance of hybrid maize,it is necessary to avoid using a single physiological and biochemical indicator,and to evaluate the drought resistance of hybrid maize,multiple indicator values need to be comprehensively and deeply analyzed.By screening drought resistance physiological indicators for different varieties of hybrid maize with different sensitivity to drought stress,the identification and biochemical indicators of drought resistance in maize were analyzed,providing a basis for the study of drought resistance physiological indicators in hybrid maize varieties。
