基于建设占用耕地表土剥离与利用的研究——以建阳区徐市经济开发区建设占用耕地为例

Research on the Stripping and Utilization of Surface Soil Based on Construction Occupation of Cultivated Land——Taking the Cultivated Land Occupied for Construction in Xushi Economic Development Zone,Jianyang District as An Example

耕地表土剥离与再利用对贯彻落实耕地占补平衡、耕地质量改善、提升区域环境质量具有重要意义。以建阳区徐市经济开发区建设占用耕地为研究对象,通过对项目区土地利用现状及项目周边覆土区、耕作层土壤存储区规划情况进行分析,合理确定耕作层剥离范围,保证剥离耕作层土壤质量和数量,有效地利用耕作层土壤资源,提高耕地质量等别与新增粮食产能。

The stripping and reuse of arable land topsoil is of great significance for implementing the balance of arable land occupation and compensation,improving arable land quality,and enhancing regional environmental quality.Taking the cultivated land occupied by the construction of Xushi Economic Development Zone in Jianyang District as the research object,through the analysis of the current situation of land use in the project area and the planning of the surrounding soil covering area and the soil storage area of the cultivated layer,the scope of the stripping of the cultivated layer is reasonably determined to ensure the quality and quantity of the stripped cultivated layer soil,effectively use the soil resources of the cultivated layer,improve the quality of the cultivated land and increase the grain production capacity.
