气象灾害预警信息发布现状与效果分析——以西安市鄠邑区为例

Current Situation and Effect Analysis of Meteorological Disaster Early Warning Information Release——Taking Huayi District of Xi'an City as An Example

当前,县级气象灾害预警信号不可避免地会出现虚警现象,精细到乡镇街道的难度更大。为更好地了解基层气象灾害预警信息发布的现状与效果,通过分析鄠邑区过去2年预警信号的发布情况和服务受众体反馈情况,挖掘县级气象预警信息发布服务过程中存在的实际问题,提出气象预警信息在精细到镇街服务过程中可采取的措施,以期进一步增强鄠邑区气象预警发布效果。

At present,false alarms are inevitable in county-level meteorological disaster early warning signals,and it is even more difficult to refine them to township streets.In order to better understand the current situation and effectiveness of meteorological disaster early warning information release at the grassroots level,this article analyzed the release of early warning signals and the feedback of service audiences in the past two years in Huayi District,and explored the practical problems existing in the process of county level meteorological early warning information release services.It attempts to propose feasible measures that can be taken for meteorological early warning information to effectively provide fine to street services,Further improve the release effect of meteorological early warning in Wuyi District.
