环江县暴雨灾害风险评估与区划分析

Rainstorm Disaster Risk Assessment and Regionalization Analysis in Huanjiang County

基于1978—2020年环江县国家气象观测站资料和2014—2020年区域自动气象站资料以及环江县地理信息、暴雨灾情及其社会经济资料,利用GIS技术和多因子叠加的统计方法,分别综合分析了环江县的暴雨致灾因子危险性、承灾体易损性及防灾减灾能力,得出环江县暴雨灾害风险评估与区划。

Based on the data of Huanjiang National Meteorological Observation Station from 1978 to 2020,the data of regional automatic meteorological stations from 2014to 2020,and the geographic information,rainstorm disaster situation and socioeconomic data of Huanjiang County,using GIS technology and the statistical method of multi factor superposition,the risk of rainstorm disaster causing factors,the vulnerability of disaster bearing bodies,and the ability of disaster prevention and reduction in Huanjiang County were comprehensively analyzed,and the risk assessment and zoning of rainstorm disaster in Huanjiang County were obtained.
