摘要
利用常规气象观测资料、NCEP再分析资料对2021年11月5—9日辽宁地区一次降水天气过程展开分析,并阐述了其对农业的影响。结果表明:此次辽宁地区雨雪天气过程是在地面气旋和东北冷涡的共同作用下产生的。此次天气过程中降水相态变换快,辽宁局部有非常好的水汽条件。850 hPa处有3条输送通道持续朝降水落区输送,为辽宁降雪提供了充沛的水汽条件。同时,850 hPa低空比湿值最大值超过6 g/kg,达到暴雪阈值。地面气温的急剧下降为冻雨的形成带来了有利的条件。此次极端降雪天气给辽宁省设施农业、畜牧业等农业经济造成巨大的危害和损失。
Based on the conventional meteorological observation data and NCEP reanalysis data,a precipitation weather process in Liaoning region from November 5to 9,2021 was analyzed,and its impact on agriculture was expounded.The results show that the process of rain and snow in Liaoning is caused by the combined action of surface cyclone and northeast cold vortex.During the weather process,the phase of precipitation changes quickly,and there are very good water vapor conditions in Liaoning.At 850hPa,three transport channels continue to transport towards the precipitation falling area,providing abundant moisture conditions for the snowfall in Liaoning.At the same time,the maximum low-altitude specific humidity value of 850 hPa exceeded 6 g/kg,reaching the blizzard threshold.A sharp drop in surface temperatures creates favorable conditions for the formation of freezing rain.The extreme snowfall weather caused great harm and loss to the agricultural economy such as facility agriculture and animal husbandry in Liaoning Province.
