农村雷电灾害特征及防护技术研究

Research on the Characteristics and Protection Techniques of Rural Lightning Disasters

农村地区的雷电灾害有发生频率高、危害性大的特点,雷电致灾高危险区会有严重的人员伤亡。因此,相关部门必须重视农村雷电灾害防护,采取科学有效的雷电防护措施,有效防范雷电灾害。以内蒙古自治区阿拉善盟为例,分析了雷电灾害特征,并提出了雷电灾害防护技术及措施,即雷电灾害监测预警、基础防雷设施建设、农村防雷知识宣传。

Lightning disasters in rural areas have the characteristics of high frequency and high harm,and there will be serious casualties in high-risk areas caused by lightning.Therefore,relevant departments must attach importance to the protection of rural lightning disasters,adopt scientific and effective lightning protection measures,and effectively prevent lightning disasters.Taking the Alashan League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,the characteristics of lightning disasters were analyzed,and lightning disaster prevention technologies and measures were proposed,including monitoring and warning of lightning disasters,construction of basic lightning protection facilities,and promotion of rural lightning protection knowledge.
