摘要
焊接过程中不可避免会产生残余应力。残余应力会引发疲劳、应力腐蚀、断裂等一系列问题,并对结构完整性及安全性产生重要影响。因此,采取可靠的测试手段准确检测焊接残余应力并进行合理调控,对保障及延长焊接结构服役寿命至关重要。文章首先介绍了几种常用的残余应力检测技术,其次分类阐述了残余应力调控技术,最后展望了残余应力检测与调控技术的发展方向。
Residual stress is inevitable during welding.Residual stress can cause a series of problems such as fatigue,stress corrosion and fracture,and has an important impact on structural integrity and safety.Therefore,adopting reliable test means to accurately detect welding residual stress and reasonably regulate it is very important to guarantee and extend the service life of welded structures.This paper first introduces several commonly used residual stress detection techniques,then classifies residual stress regulation techniques,and finally looks forward to the development direction of residual stress detection and regulation techniques.
