摘要
为了解决工业炸药包装工序劳动强度大、生产效率低、产品质量不稳定、包装材料成本高以及存在较大安全隐患的问题,研制了一种大药卷炸药智能包装系统。分析包装系统的包装工艺和设备布置形式,重点介绍系统关键设备的研究及系统在材料选择、工艺、设备、机械、电气、控制系统方面的安全设计,对包装系统中关键设备及安全设计中的相关问题进行探讨。试生产表明,系统工艺可靠性、设备稳定性、运行连续性、监控灵活性、过程安全性、自动化程度、产能以及产品包装规整程度等,均符合民爆行业对企业生产线智能化和无人化的要求,为大药卷工业炸药包装工艺提出了解决方案和途径。
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low production efficiency,unstable product quality,high packaging material cost,and significant safety hazards in the packaging process of industrial explosives,an intelligent packaging system for large explosive coils has been developed.Firstly,the packaging process and equipment layout of the packaging system were analyzed,with a focus on the research of key equipment in the system and the safety design of the system in material selection,process,equipment,mechanical,electrical,and control systems.The key equipment in the packaging system and related issues in safety design were discussed.The trial production shows that the system process reliability,equipment stability,operation continuity,monitoring flexibility,process safety,degree of automation,production capacity and product packaging regularity meet the requirements of the civil explosive industry for the enterprise production line intelligence and unmanned,which puts forward solutions and ways for the explosive packaging process of the large cartridge industry.
