摘要
薄壁筒形件反旋工艺的成形特点使其自身柔性大、稳定性差,而易变形的结构特性使其旋压后成形精度判别困难。以旋压成形后的薄壁筒形件为研究对象,结合其结构特性,提出基于激光三角法的线激光位移传感器检测方法。根据非接触式激光检测方法设计装置的总体检测方案,依据检测方案设计检测装置的机械结构,并运用SolidWorks建立了检测装置的三维模型。
The forming characteristics of thin-walled cylindrical parts in the reverse spinning process make it flexible and unstable,and the structure characteristics of easy deformation make it difficult to distinguish the forming accuracy after spinning.Based on the structure characteristics of thin-walled cylindrical parts after spinning forming,a new detection method of linear laser displacement sensor based on laser triangulation method is proposed in this paper.According to the non-contact laser detection method,the overall detection scheme of the device is designed,and the mechanical structure of the detection device is designed according to the detection scheme.The three-dimensional model of the detection device is established by using SolidWorks.
