基于三维数字化技术的高压架空输电线路施工方法

摘要 为解决现有高压架空输电线路施工方法在实际应用中存在压接管最大弯曲量和弯曲度无法满足规范要求的问题,引入三维数字化技术,对高压架空输电线路施工方法展开研究。利用三维数字化技术,建立架空输电线路基础模型;根据模型设计内容,调整高压架空输电线路弧垂,选择施工区段张力场;在张力放线施工后,进行输电线路紧线施工与画印施工,完成整个施工流程。通过实例应用证明:所提施工方法可以有效降低压接管的最大弯曲量,缩小压接管弯曲度,提升工程整体施工质量,适用于不同地形条件和输电线路规格的施工,具有重要的应用价值和广阔的发展前景。 In order to solve the problem of the maximum bending amount and bending degree of the pressure connecting pipe that cannot meet the standard requirements in the actual application of existing high-voltage overhead transmission line construction methods,this article relies on three-dimensional digital technology to study the construction methods of high-voltage overhead transmission lines.Establish a basic model of overhead transmission lines using three-dimensional digital technology;according to the model design content,adjust the sag of high-voltage overhead transmission lines and select the tension field of the construction section;after the tension setting out construction,the transmission line tightening construction and printing construction are carried out to complete the entire construction process.Through practical applications,it has been proven that the construction method proposed in this article can effectively reduce the maximum bending amount of low-pressure connecting pipes,reduce the bending degree of pressure connecting pipes,and improve the overall construction quality of the project.It is suitable for construction under different terrain conditions and transmission line specifications,and has important application value and broad development prospects.
