摘要
从蓄热陶瓷的运行原理和堵塞成因入手,分析寻找合适的降低蓄热陶瓷堵塞的方法,通过烘烤模式延长蓄热陶瓷的使用寿命,减少蓄热材料的更换频次,保证蓄热式氧化炉(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,RTO)的高效、稳定运行。
Starting with the operation principle and blockage causes of Regenerative ceramics,this paper analyzed and found suitable methods to reduce the blockage of regenerative ceramics,extended the service life of regenerative ceramics through baking mode,reduced the frequency of replacement of regenerative materials,and ensured the efficient and stable operation of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO).
