铝合金激光熔丝增材过程的物理现象及数值模拟

摘要 激光增材是一种先进的制造技术,具有良好的发展前景和应用价值。从数值模拟角度研究5083铝合金激光熔丝增材的物理特性,探究增材过程的物理传输现象,分析增材过程温度分布及金属堆积形貌的演化,探究不同工艺参数对金属熔池行为的影响,以期为金属激光熔丝增材的研究提供有益参考。 Laser additive is an advanced manufacturing technology with good development prospects and application value.In this paper,the physical characteristics of laser fuse additive of 5083 aluminum alloy are studied from the perspective of numerical simulation,the physical transmission phenomenon of the additive process is investigated,the temperature distribution and the evolution of metal deposit morphology during the additive process are analyzed,and the influence of different process parameters on the behavior of metal melt pool is explored,in order to provide useful reference for the research of metal laser fuse additive.
